In my case my Plex install is '/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer' SSH into your QNAP and run "getcfg -f /etc/config/nf PlexMediaServer Install_path" (from ) My extract folder was d:\MCMPlex_1.5_linux.
